my music is honest, personal, and intimate. the songs I record are delicate by nature and they gain strength through execution. i love to write songs, and i love most to sing my heart out. you get a piece of my soul when you come to my show or play my songs. my gift to you! ;)
born in Mercer County NJ, I moved to NYC at 17 and spent 8 years working, performing, and surviving in Manhattan. For the past few years, I've been living in the Mission of San Francisco, developing my sound. SF is different and refreshing, and its one of the biggest moves I've ever made on my own. You can see me writing, playing, and performing all over town.
i have a strong background in musical collaboration. I trained professionally in Manhattan for years in Musical Theatre and Acting (HB Studio, Greenwich Village), and I've also spent time fronting a rock band. In NY, I played the Bitter End (Bleeker St.) as well as CB'S 313 Gallery (Bowery). I graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA degree in Theatre Arts/Acting.
I am honest, open, enthusiastic, driven, and self-sufficient. That said, i am always looking to collaborate!! Please reach out if you'd like to contribute to my sound or work together in any way.
